I always get asked 'what do you get out of doing breakfasts'.
Today I think I got closer to that answer.
Still show up to create relationships, share perspectives and learn from one another with zero expectations.
You see, I was surrounded by nine other founders of various ages, backgrounds, cultures, experiences and industries.
Which makes you realise that away from cap tables, pitch decks, go to markets and sales; there's people working towards creating something meaningful to them.
And in that are founders who are jumping into the big unknown who despite that, still show up to create relationships, share perspectives and learn from one another with zero expectations.
I can't quite capture the 'why' in one word yet, but I'm getting there -
I'm also getting closer to my version of 'the exceptional founder.'
